Jaz collects personal information:

Credit card information is among the most important data we collect. Jaz operates secure servers to minimise the risk of unauthorised use of such information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted in accordance with the highest standards. For obvious reasons, please do not send credit card information through unsecured email.

No credit card information is stored on the Jaz network. When you submit your credit card information for payment you are actually submitting it directly to the ANZ Bank. A copy of ANZ\'s security whitepaper is available for viewing at :

Refund & Return Policy

Any queries or discrepencies with your invoice and / or payment need to be addressed with Jaz\'s Accounts Department within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
